Model PRIMO
PRIMO means ‘first’ in Italian and has a twofold meaning: it reflects the origin of the design, as PRIMO resembles a classic Italian scooter, and it marks the first product of Ambosstoys.
The design of the frame of PRIMO was developed over several years, finalized in CAD and converted into heavy iron-molds.
The heavy iron-molds press the individual frame pieces out of metal sheets.
Multiple individual pieces are then welded by hand to form the final solid frame. This assures highest quality and longevity. The finished frame is powder coated in the color listed in the product title.
An aluminum trim is mounted around the leg-shield for stability, protection and vintage look.
Each of the three wheels contain two metal rims, powder coated in grey and assembled with 4 stainless steel screws. The tires are made by black plastic and include a white wall ring for an authentic classic look. The wheels roll on plastic axes mounted on a metal axes. The axes are then held with stainless steel nuts.
The seat has a soft cushion covered with artificial leather for maximal comfort and old-fashioned look.
The handlebar, the fork and the drive-train are hand-bended metal tubes and powder coated in grey.
The handles are made of black plastic and include a 3D print of the logo Ambosstoys.
In summary: PRIMO is a ride-on toy in the design of a classic Italian scooter, handmade through finest craftsmanship.
